An author of seven real estate publications, including "How to Get Your First Apartment", Sydney most recently published a book aimed at high school seniors, covering essential life skills such as renting their first apartment, budgeting, and building credit. Her dedication to education extends to her efforts in promoting resources like "Successful Adulting" in Texas public schools.

As the founder of iHutto, a non-profit organization, Sydney is committed to supporting micro to small business owners throughout Williamson County. Her social media channel on Facebook has reached close to 12K followers without any paid ads, which she uses to promote local events, news, and small businesses.
